NOTE: We've changed our registration process! The cost of accommodation is now in addition to a base registration fee and accommodation costs vary according to your room preference. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

All registration includes:

  • three nights’ accommodation at the Banner Mountain Lodge, near Smithers, B.C.

  • lunches and dinners (if you like breakfast, bring it along!)

  • all workshops and retreat events

Beds available:


  • King-size bed in private room with ensuite bath

  • Double bed or larger in private room

  • Double bed in shared room (two beds)

  • Bunk bed in shared room (two bunks)

  • Queen-sized bed in shared room with two other bunks

  • Bunk bed in room with two bunks and a queen size bed

  • Alcove bed in hallway

Rooms will be given out on a first-come, first served basis. (No early-bird pricing this year.)

As last year, payment can be made by eTransfer to Paying secures your registration and your bedroom.

Afternoon workshop choices: When you register, please give your first and second preferences for the small group sessions. We will try to accommodate everyone but you may not get your first choice.

In either case, please let us know your name and the type of accommodation you are reserving.

STEP 2: Fill out the forms below and click "submit." 

Registration policy: The retreat does tend to sell out. Spaces will be reserved on the basis of when payments arrive (not when the information form below is sent). After the retreat fills we will have a wait list.


Cancellation policy:

  • 100% refund on or before Aug. 1, 2019

  • 50% refund after Aug. 1, 2019

  • No refund after Sept. 1, 2019
